1. Scope of Application
These general transaction terms apply to all organizations and individuals purchasing service packages on the Moovpark.com website.
2. Service Purchase Process
Step 1: Access Moovpark via the official website Moovpark.com. Step 2: Register an account using email or phone number. Step 3: Access the "Pricing" section, review and choose the package suitable for your needs. Step 4: Confirm package information and payment. Users need to: - Check package details - Confirm duration and fees - Verify personal info, email, phone number Perform payment through the methods supported by Moovpark at the time. Step 5: Activate and use the service: - After successful payment, the system will automatically activate the service package. A notification will be sent in-app and a receipt via email. - Users can use the service within the registered features and duration.
3. Payment Methods
Customers can choose one of the following payment methods: - Method 1: QR code payment, mobile application - Method 2: Domestic ATM card - Method 3: Visa/Master/JCB/UnionPay/American Express card issued in Vietnam - Method 4: Payment via VNPay
4. Delivery Policy
Instant Auto Activation: All products are 100% digital (subscriptions). After successful payment, the service is activated automatically and instantly. Confirmation: A notification in-app and a receipt email will be sent immediately upon upgrade.
5. Refund Policy
Since Moovpark offers "Instant Access" digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the subscription is activated. In case of system technical errors preventing continuous usage for 72 hours or more, Moovpark will prioritize fixing the error and compensating with corresponding service access.
6. Payment Security
Moovpark.com does not store payment credentials. Transactions are processed through legal payment gateway partners.
7. Customer Complaints
All complaints are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, either party has the right to bring the case to the competent state authority.
